Expanding our focus to meet the changing needs of the IT industry
To understand Cnetics Technologies, you need to understand how we differ from the other guys. In 1980, the Georgia Board of Regents wanted to replace the aging minicomputers at each of the state universities and colleges. We bid on the project, as did some major players in technology. One major player got the contract then failed to deliver. The Board turned to major technology player Number 2. Months later, that player failed to deliver. That’s when the Board called us. It has been almost 30 years since our partnership with the Board of Regents was established, and yet today it is as strong as it ever has been. We listened to the needs expressed by the Board and everyone else involved in the project. Then and only then did we design and deliver a system that met their criteria and solved their problems. They were happy; the institutions were happy. That’s how we work with our customers. We listen, we rely on our expertise, and we create a solution that focuses on the customer. Unlike others that are wedded to certain products, we focus on the customer first and the technology second.
It has been said that "the only thing that is constant is Change." In the world of Information Technology nothing could be more true. Most new technologies are never fully developed because they are obsolete before they ever get to critical mass. Choosing the right technology has become a function of top level management. If done correctly it becomes an asset, creating a competitive advantage for the discerning business. If done poorly it becomes a cost center, stagnating a company and hindering the realization of its full potential. If you're looking for a technology partner who'll listen first then recommend solutions that create a competitive advantage for your business, give Cnetics a call.
